Hi, I’m Micaela! I’m passionate about empowering women to achieve optimal health through resistance training, balanced nutrition, and non-toxic products.

About Me


Being involved in sports all of my life, I have always been passionate about fitness. I was not aware of the immense benefits of resistance training and nutrition until I became an athlete at a D2 university. It was then I realized how important resistance training and nutrition were and started to dive into the topics more. 

That being said, I have had my fair share of challenges, including an eating disorder. Having experienced that firsthand, I have gained a unique perspective that has profoundly shaped my approach as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. This struggle instilled in me a deep empathy and understanding for the complex relationship individuals have with food and their bodies. It taught me the importance of fostering a healthy and sustainable mindset and lifestyle towards nutrition and exercise. This experience has not only made me a more compassionate and supportive coach but has also equipped me with the tools to help others navigate their own paths to a balanced and fulfilling approach to fitness.
